Hinata's eyes are spot-on, Sakura's hair is lovely floppy and silky, and Ino has an Ino-esque coy pose. It struck me the way you drew Hinata so much smaller; you're using perspective, right? She's farther away. I think you could put in a little background to hammer this point home--maybe make slanting floorboards to show the aproaching vanishing line, or even have Hinata nervously standing behind a chair that is also smaller than furniture closer to the viewer.

I would really encourage you to try different poses. It's very hard, I know, but if you did like Ino with a hand on her hip, fingers hugging her side cockily, or maybe Sakura twisting so she's only partly facing the front...just experient, dream it, do it.
